At Cyber Tech Cafe, our goal is to be an asset to your organization, not a liability. Cyber Tech Cafe can leverage long standing relationships with vendors like Cbeyond, Cisco, Dell, Earthlink Business, SonicWALL and others as well as distribution relationships with Tech Data and Insight to make certain that you get the software and equipment that you need when you need it. Combined with our extensive industry experience and dedication to customer satisfaction, Cyber Tech Cafe is your complete technology resource. With that in mind, we have structured our service offerings to be as flexible as possible.
On Call / As Needed - For many of our clients, just knowing that they have someone to call when things go wrong is all that they need. For these clients, our on call / as needed support option typically works best. This option gives clients the ability to always have someone available when there's a problem without the need to pay for services that are not needed or sign a long term restrictive support agreement. We're here when you need us.
Priority Block - Our Priority Block option gives clients, who plan to use 5 hours or more, the ability to more accurately budget for their IT needs, ensure that they have prompt access to support and save money. Clients can purchase blocks of time in 5, 10 or 20 hour increments and receive a discount of 5%, 10% or 20% respectively on that block of time*. The blocks of time do not expire (e.g., you do not have to use them in a month, quarter, etc.) and can be used for any Cyber Tech Cafe service. A nominal travel fee will be charged for any on-site work.
Monthly Updates - Our Monthly Updates plan gives clients the ability to stay on top of critical basic updates (Microsoft, Adobe and Java) at a fixed cost**. Cyber Tech Cafe can schedule a date and time that's convenient for you to install monthly updates on your servers and workstations and to check for any other issues. The cost for the updates would be fixed based on the number of servers and workstations on site. Priority Block time can be used for the monthly updates for even more savings.
Proficiencies - Although computer break / fix is one of our core competencies, Cyber Tech Cafe technicians bring much more to the table than simple computer repair. Some of our proficiencies include computer repair, networking, network security, site to site and road warrior VPN and telephony. * After hours or holiday hours will be billed at 1.5 times and 2.0 times (respectively) the discounted hourly rate.
** Fixed cost requires that clients allow Cyber Tech Cafe to install the updates each month.
