Cyber Tech Cafe is a customer service company first and a technology company second. I believe that this unique approach, truly putting the client first, has and continues to set us apart from our competitors. As the needs of our clients evolve and change, we want to be able to evolve and change our services to meet and exceed those needs. Our normal approach has been and will continue to be a simple hourly rate for billable time spent with no obligations or long-term committement. The rationale here is that we want our clients to remain our clients because they *want to be* rather than a contractual obligation. Recently though, more and more of our clients are asking for monthly / regular support options and, to address this need, we would like to find out what options would serve you, our client best.
